Now I know that 'nova' means 'new' in Latin, and it makes a lot of sense for businesses to use the name to sound innovative and fresh, and kind of scientific too. But it doesn't stop me from feeling as though I own a piece of each of those businesses. The TV show too. Like, if I just waltzed into this pole's manufacturing plant all the workers on the assembly line would know me by name and want to shake my hand.
