In my Italian class a few years ago I found that the Putumayo CD "Italian Cafe" corresponded really well with the grammar we were learning and burned a copy for everyone in the class. The music is good, chill, and they speak slowly and clearly for those of you who may or may not be learning Italian. This is one of my favorites from that album.
